We offer free standard shipping for orders over $99 to be shipped within the continental United States.
For orders under $99, we offer standard shipping by USPS within the continental US. In-stock items are normally processed within 24 to 48 hours, Monday thru Friday, and are generally shipped to be received in the continental US in 4-8 business days, excluding holidays. Shipment is available to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as US Territories, for additional charges (expected delivery time is 8-12 business days, excluding holidays).
Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost, but is not available for PO Box, APO or FPO addresses.
International Shipping may involve country-specific laws and restrictions that affect your ability to receive our products. The customer is responsible for knowing these restrictions and acting within their local laws. Also, to avoid delays in package delivery, or a package being returned to us, please ensure your international address information is correct and includes a telephone number for the delivery carrier to contact you should an issue arise.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In-stock items may be returned within 30 days of shipping date. All returned items must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. A 5 % restocking fee will be charged for returned items. The restocking fee will be waived if an item is exchanged for a different size or a similar item.
Refunds will be made in your original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
A Return Authorization number must be obtained prior to returning an item or shipment. Merchandise returned to us without a Return Authorization will not be accepted. Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
For purchases made at our retail store, you must visit The Jeans Warehouse store and provide your receipt as proof of purchase.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders, including monogrammed items, cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective or damaged in shipment.
